Saw this crazy thing in Prague. Looks like a Skoda and a Baja had a baby.

Oh, yeah. That's stock.
It's a model called the Felicia Fun.

Yep bone stock. We used to have the hatchback version. Completely bulletproof and reliable, completely terrible to drive. Can't complain for £400 though.

The expanding cab really is a neat party trick.

After reading about this and the optional covers to go over the rear section, I'm sold. If only we had them in the US. 25 year rule?

The youngest ones are from 97, so you will have to wait a bit longer. Oh, and I've never seen one that wasn't PMY.

Found one prepped for racing. Seems like there was some kind of Skoda-Cup run with these in the 90s.

It's a factory version, and loosely related to the VW caddy of the era. A good friend of mine had one on nice alloys and with a unique paint job, but completely factory, hence with shit interior and gutless motor. Still it's so much of a looker if presented right, there's a whole modding community around it.
Factory base model:

One of these seems to be for sale in Finland. The seller tells that 5 were sold in Finland and 4 remain. The price is €4600.
